Filing of complaints on SEBI Complaints Rederess System (SCORES) – Easy & quick: SCORES facilitates you to lodge your complaint online with SEBI and subsequently view its status if you are not satisfied with Member response.
1. Register on SCORES portal - https://scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html
2. For lodging a complaint on SCORES, the following personal information has to be provided mandatorily
(i) Name (ii) PAN No. (iii)Address (iv) Mobile Number (v) Email ID
If any of the above information is not provided by the investor, the investor shall not be able to lodge a complaint on SCORES.
3. How to lodge your complaint online in SCORES?
a. To become a registered user of SCORES, you may click on "Register here" under "Investor Corner" appearing on the homepage of SCORES portal. You will have to fill in Registration form. The username and password of SCORES will be sent to your registered email id. If you are already a registered user, you can login by entering your username and password.
b. After logging into SCORES, you must click on "Complaint Registration" under "Investor Corner".
c. You should provide complaint details.
d. You must select the correct complaint category, entity name, and nature of complaint.
e. You must provide complaint details in brief (up to 1000 characters).
f. A PDF document (up to 2MB of size for each nature of complaint) can also be attached along with the complaint as supporting document.
On successful submission of complaint, system generated unique registration number will be displayed on the screen which may be noted for future correspondence. An email acknowledging the complaint with complaint registration number will also be sent to the email id entered in the complaint registration form. A text message will also be sent to you informing about registration of the complaint.
